Hi! I'm Rhonda Williams, LPCC
I am on a journey to embrace wellness and longevity, with a short-term goal of becoming a certified Yoga teacher and a long-term aspiration to live a healthy, vibrant life until 100. Currently, I am expanding my horizons by learning Spanish through the free app Duolingo. I find inspiration in books like "On Purpose" by Jay Shetty and "Where Should We Begin" by Esther Perel, which guide me in living intentionally and understanding relationships better. A favorite saying of mine is a testament to my resilience: "I've survived 100 percent of my bad days! -Rhonda
Rhonda's Purpose Statement: Unveiling Her "Why" as a Therapist
This is what “living the dream” looks like for me. Doing what you love is a huge part of that. It was a long and winding road to get here. From the Navy, to nursing to real estate and a few other things along the way. Serving people by creating a safe space for them to be real and learn ways to enrich their life through nurturing their mental health. It’s a privilege to share what I’ve learned and guide people towards their best life! We all struggle at some point. We all deserve respect and guidance through that struggle. I’ve seen therapy do some amazing work in the lives of those who allowed it. Let’s see how beautiful this life can be! -Rhonda Williams, LPCC

A Behind-the-Scenes Look at my Experience as a Therapist
In the swiftly paced environment of therapy, where sessions follow one after the other, I find brief moments of calm. With only about five minutes between each session, I prioritize recentering myself either through a quick yoga stretch or by listening to a song. This practice not only rejuvenates me but also enhances my presence and empathy during sessions. For a peek into of the soothing vibes that keep me grounded, check out my "Chill Mix" playlist on Apple Music—it’s a selection of music designed to bring a little peace into a busy day. -Rhonda Williams, LPCC
A Memorable Success Story
Each success of my clients is also a victory for me, whether it's a monumental achievement or a subtle, yet powerful, step forward. Even the smallest victories can be as impactful as the greatest. At times, we find reason to celebrate simply standing still, recognizing that in certain moments, maintaining our ground is an accomplishment in itself. -Rhonda
Maintaining Balance: How I Prioritize Well-Being to Serve Clients, Myself, and My Family
To best serve my clients and care for my family, I work hard to have strong personal boundaries that ensure my own well-being. Regular exercise, prioritizing sleep, and carving out plenty of downtime are essential in my life and really keep me balanced. I always want to be ready to meet the demands of my professional and personal life! - Rhonda Williams, LPCC
