Rachael Keeling, LPCA

Mental Health Therapist
After graduating from Western Kentucky University in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Psychology, Rachael worked in Russellville as an elementary school teacher and later as a case manager for children in foster care, where she developed a passion for children's mental health. She then earned her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands in 2022. Rachael primarily works with children and has a holistic approach to therapy, taking into account the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of each individual client. Her counseling style is supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental, creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can open up and work toward positive change. Rachael works with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. She draws from a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy, to tailor her approach to each individual client's needs. When not working, Rachael loves to spend time with her kids and family. If she is not inside playing board games from her huge game collection or playing video games, she is spending time outdoors.
